All apparel, books and wall art are printed on demand. This means each order is custom-made especially for you, reducing waste and ensuring consistent quality every time.

Where are orders shipped from?

Apparel and art products ship from fulfilment centres across the USA, Europe, and Australia for faster delivery. Books are printed and shipped directly through Amazon’s global network or Ingram’s regional facilities for the quickest route to you.

How long does shipping take?

Typical production time is 2–5 business days, followed by shipping, which usually takes:

  • Australia & NZ: 5–10 business days

  • US & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days


Books fulfilled through Amazon may arrive even sooner depending on region.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each product is printed or produced on demand, we only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo and order number so we can help resolve it quickly.

What materials are used in your shirts and hoodies?

Our apparel is made from premium ring-spun cotton and eco-friendly dyes, certified by OEKO-TEX® for low environmental impact. Blended fabrics (like Sport Grey) include a small percentage of polyester for added softness and stretch.

How should I wash my shirt?

To preserve the design, wash inside out, on cold or warm cycle, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print.

How do I choose the right size?

Every product includes a size guide under its description. For a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

Will the colour of my shirt or print match what I see on screen?

Minor variations can occur due to screen brightness and fabric texture, but direct-to-garment (DTG) printing ensures vibrant, durable colour that lasts through countless washes.

Wall Art

Are frames included with wall prints?

If the product title says “framed”, your art arrives ready to hang. Otherwise, it’s shipped as a rolled print to let you frame it your way.

How is wall art packaged for shipping?

All prints and canvases are securely rolled in protective tubes or boxed in rigid packaging to prevent bending or damage in transit.

Who prints and ships your books?

Our books are distributed through IngramSpark, a global printing partner that also fulfills directly through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Booktopia and other major online retailers.

How long does it take to receive a book ordered through Amazon?

Books are usually printed and shipped within 3–5 business days, with total delivery time averaging 5–10 days depending on your region and Amazon’s warehouse location.

What quality can I expect from the books?

All titles are printed in high-quality full colour, with durable paper stock and professional binding. Whether paperback or hardcover, every book meets international publishing standards.
